Generally the ultrasonic is known for the frequencies which are above twenty thousand hertz which is above the human audible frequency, which means that human beings cannot hear it. Actually these frequencies are very easily audible by few animals like dolphins, bats, mice and dogs. The reason why human beings could not hear the ultrasonic frequencies is that the ears act as the low pass filters.

The ultrasonic word is not restricted to the audible or non audible frequencies. Ultrasonic welding is very efficient and loved by everyone. As compared to numerous welding techniques the ultrasonic welding technique is one which offers the great number of advantages. And the manufacturing of harnesses such as metal wire harnesses has great application of ultrasonic welding. When multiple layers of the metal are to welded on a terminal or on any surface the ultrasonic welding is the most efficient and effortless option. The foils of different metals such as copper, lithium, iron and nickel can be welded together with the help of ultrasonic welding.

1. Make sure the area where welding job is carried out is well ventilated and clean. The precautions should be taken while using the plastic welder.

2. The part to be welded should be clean.

One can even opt for the thermal press process as it is expensive but shows good result and offers great amount of satisfaction to the customers.
